Job Summary
Adecco is presently assisting our client in identifying a Workforce Operations Manager on a temporary basis. The Workforce Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring workforce operations KPIs and service expectations are achieved across the organization. This role ensures headcount alignment to meet service level metrics and performance goals, while partnering closely with Branch leadership to drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure workforce operations KPIs and service level expectations are met, including headcount planning aligned to performance goals.
· Provide comprehensive workforce reporting and analytics to stakeholders across the organization.
· Partner with BU and Branch leadership to support P&L and budget performance; develop workforce initiatives that impact revenue and expenses.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary staffing agencies, including existing and prospective partners.
· Coordinate staffing contracts and amendments, negotiate commercial terms, and manage escalations.
· Manage and monitor staffing agency performance against established KPIs.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with staffing agency partners and support the development of new workforce initiatives.
· Directly supervise, coach, and motivate workforce operations leaders.
· Prepare workforce reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior leadership.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize workforce operations processes across Branch locations.
· Support research and reconciliation of workforce headcount reports posted on systems and portals.
· Ensure compliance with employment policies and practices in partnership with Human Resources.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Director of Workforce Operations.
Required Skills

· Strong financial acumen with experience in reporting and budget management

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Required Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline preferred
· 10–15 years of progressive operations management experience required
· 10+ years of experience in a high-volume distribution, 3PL, manufacturing, technical services, or forward logistics environment
· Previous experience managing multiple facilities preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project), reporting, and data analysis
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
