Intercare Therapy is seeking a Field Readiness Coach to ensure our ABA clinicians are fully prepared to deliver high-quality services to children and young adults with autism. In this role, you’ll provide onboarding, shadowing, and hands-on coaching in home and center-based settings, reinforcing ABA best practices, safety standards, and professional conduct. You will observe sessions, deliver structured feedback, and collaborate closely with BCBAs, supervisors, and families to align staff performance with client goals. Coach and support ABA field staff to deliver high-quality services to children with autism
Provide onboarding, shadowing, and hands-on training for new clinicians in home and center-based settings
Observe sessions and give structured feedback on clinical, safety, and professionalism standards
Reinforce use of treatment plans, data collection, and ABA best practices in the field
Partner with BCBAs, supervisors, and families to align coaching with client goals
Help develop training materials, checklists, and competency tools for field staff
Monitor performance metrics and document progress of staff readiness
Model compassionate, culturally sensitive care and professional communication
Support ongoing skill development, refreshers, and upskilling for existing staff
Promote Intercare’s mission-driven, collaborative culture across field teams

BCaBA or BCBA preferred for advanced coaching roles
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods
