Adecco is hiring on behalf of a client company in the Mechanicsburg area for a Customer Care Supervisor. This role supports a prestigious Japanese beauty brand grounded in the philosophy of Wabi‑Sabi—celebrating authenticity, balance, and natural beauty.
This position is ideal for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client experience, and people leadership—and who may be seeking to transition away from hands-on treatments while continuing to apply their professional expertise in a meaningful way.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Supervisor with an active Esthetician License to lead a call center team delivering thoughtful, elevated customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends customer service excellence, team development, and professional skincare knowledge.
The successful candidate will coach and develop customer care representatives, oversee daily operations, and serve as the escalation point for complex skincare and service inquiries—bringing calm, expertise, and intention to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily call center team operations, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
Coach, mentor, and develop customer care team members in service excellence and skincare consultations
Serve as the in-house esthetician subject matter expert for escalated customer concerns
Handle complex customer escalations with professionalism, empathy, and brand-aligned guidance
Support scheduling, reporting, performance management, and quality monitoring
Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and elevate the overall customer experience
Model a service approach that reflects Wabi‑Sabi values: simplicity, authenticity, and mindful care
Qualifications
Active Esthetician License (required)
5+ years of experience in the skincare or beauty industry
4+ years of customer service experience
4+ years in a supervisory or people leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a call center or structured customer care environment
Desire to apply skincare expertise without performing direct treatments
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
