We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bakery Culinary Coach to elevate our culinary teams across multiple locations. This dynamic role involves training staff, developing innovative recipes, and ensuring quality and consistency in all culinary operations. Frequent travel is required.

Culinary Coach Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training for new hires, mentor existing staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Specializing in both Savory and Pastries
• Create, test, and refine recipes aligned with company goals and trends, ensuring consistency across all locations
• Monitor adherence to culinary standards and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Optimize kitchen workflows and provide hands-on support during high-demand periods or new launches

Culinary Coach Qualifications:

• 5+ years in culinary roles, with 2+ years in leadership or training
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training
• Strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen management
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as needed
