We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Coach Operator to join our team in a vibrant regional healthcare setting in the Southeastern United States. This full-time, day-shift role involves safely transporting passengers and equipment, ensuring comfort and security throughout the journey. Education and Certifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. CPR certification and training in nonviolent crisis intervention must be completed. Experience Minimum of five years of driving experience is essential. Requirements and Skills Ability to read, write, and follow both written and verbal instructions effectively. Strong oral communication skills to interact with passengers and team members. Capability to load and unload passengers, secure wheelchairs, and handle other equipment safely. Some heavy lifting may be necessary. Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills are a must. Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, flexibility, and the capacity to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately. Completion of mandatory competencies within the initial 90-day probationary period.
